if you contact us within 3 days, we may be able to arrange a renewal

if items are not returned after 1 week a reminder notice will be posted to you

if items are not returned after 2 weeks a final notice will be posted to you

if items are not returned after 3 weeks a Breach of Discipline notice will be posted to you

at this stage a $10 fee applies to each overdue item

and your results / transcripts are withheld until all fees are settled
