2016 Opening Hours

The 2016 opening hours of the Library was changed as follows:-

Change of Opening Hours

The opening hours of the Library was changed as follows:-

Chullora Campus Libraries - Tues 18 Aug - CLOSURE part of morning

For tomorrow Tuesday 18^th August, 2015.

Chullora Campus Library 

will be opening from 

11:30 AM to 6:00 PM

and 

closed for lunch between 

1:00 - 2:00 PM

National Construction Codes Series 2015

From 1-May-2015 the National Construction Code (NCC) is available online for free individual use.  You can access it in both online and digital download formats. 

To access the NCC, please visit the AustralianBuilding Codes Board website and create your own free account.

The NCC is divided into four volumes:

• Volume 1 : Building Code of Australia (BCA) (Class 2 to 9 buildings) - Containing the requirements for multi-residential, commercial, industrial and public buildings.

• Volume 2 : Building Code of Australia (BCA) (Class 1 and 10 buildings) - Containing the requirements for residential buildings.

• Volume 3 : Plumbing Code of Australia -  Containing the plumbing and drainage requirements for all classes of buildings.

• Performance Requirements Extracted - This document is a consolidation of the NCC Performance Requirements for all classes of buildings. The extract reflects the legal requirements of the NCC.

Brodie studies Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical Trade) at Lidcombe College.

The NSW Regional Training Awards are conducted annually by the NSW Department of Education and Communities (DEC) and recognise outstanding achievement in the vocational education and training sector.

The Guessing Competition is Back!

Our annual competition is back and this year the challenge is for you to guess the country of the beautiful places in the pictures.  IMAGINE yourself in these places.

Come and show off your knowledge!  This competition is open to Staff and Students until 12-Jun-2015.   Win great prizes!  Entry forms inside Lidcombe & Chullora Libraries, where you will also find some handy hints to help you guess the countries.
